Clean Eating – Salad

The go-to dish for me is definitely salad, especially tomato peppers salad. It’s so easy to make and fast to eat!

What you need:

Red Pepper
Yellow Pepper
Green Peppers
Cherry Tomatoes
Red Chili
Green Chili
Coriander
Garlic
Lime
Olive oil

Instructions:

1. Cut up all the peppers, chili and cherry tomatoes, in whatever form you prefer.
2. Chop the coriander and garlic.
3. Toss all of the cut up ingredient in a huge salad bowl
4. Add olive oil and lime juice and mix well

It is this simple and time-saving! You can also keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. For a more deluxe version, you can add cured salmon, sous vide beef or grilled chicken. Eating clean is not so difficult afterall. You can even customize it to your own liking! One tip I would like to share with you is to skip the regular salad dressing. Ordinary creamy salad dressings are packed with fats and unnecessary sodium and  sugars. Train your tastebuds! Opt of healthier dressings such as olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lime or lemon juice!
