Unpossible welcomes the athletes who are travelling with us to the Port Dickson International Triathlon on 9-10 Aug 2014!
In the next few weeks leading to Port Dickson, we will be running a special 4-session Bootcamp to help you get race-ready. The 4 sessions will consist of strength and conditioning workouts to complement your own triathlon training. At the end of each session, coach Pek Ya will be available to answer any questions you may have about your own race preparation.
All sessons will be held on Monday evenings (8-9 pm) at the MOE Co-curricular Activities Branch (CCAB), 21 Evans Road. Meet at the running track. For those who are interested, this is what we shall be covering at the sessions:
Week 1 (7 July ) Overall Body Conditioning
Week 2 (14 July) Upper-Body focus, to help give you more power in your swim
Week 3 (21 July) Lower-body focus, to put more power in your run and bike
Week 4 (28 July) Core Focus, work to strengthen your core (which is the foundation for all movements)
The 1st session (7 July) is free to all triathletes who are coming to Port Dickson with us, with subsequent sessions at a special rate of $10 each.
All others are welcome to join us for a workout at the usual rate of $25 per session. Unpossible clients who are currently holding Bootcamp packages may use their package sessions for the PD Tri-Prep Bootcamp.
Remember that Bootcamp spaces are limited. Please reserve your place early.
