Unpossible Bootcamps are designed to work on strength and overall cardiovascular conditioning. Through a series of high-intensity interval drills, we aim to increase your core strength and muscular stability – both of which are important to all types of sport.

If you are a desk-warrior, Bootcamp offers you the opportunity to tune up the muscles you seldom use, and could (with regular attendance) help you reduce the muscular imbalances that so often lead to workplace injuries and repetitive strain injury.

The Bootcamp drills can be adapted to suit all levels, even couch potatoes. 

While every bootcamp session is challenging, it is client-ready for any fitness level, even non-existent ones! Our drills are adapted to individual needs so while you exercise together, you follow your own pace based on your level of fitness and ability.
