We’ve all heard the recommendation that we exercise three to five times a week for at least half an hour. Most people who aspire towards this goal have every good intention of keeping to it. But work, family, friends and well, just plain life get in the way. As it should.

We tailor programs and schedules to fit your life, not the other way around. We’re realistic and practical in our approach and we don’t prescribe something to you that we know you’ll just absolutely hate. Most of all, we listen to you and take into account your individual preferences. Backing all of this is of course our unique combination of using sports technology and science interlaced with a heavy dose of human empathy to aid you in the achievement of your goals.
