We never subscribe to the ageist sentiment of being “too old”. Age is just a number to which society has attributed certain characteristics. Having said that, as we age, there is no denying that our physiological condition changes. We work with our older clients to ensure that they are exercising safely and correctly to increase core strength and improve muscular stability so as to take off pressure on those joints that have worked too hard for too long.
