Bootcamp Sessions Opening
Wed 8pm Bukit Timah CCAB – HIIT for runners.
50-60mins of high intensity sprints, body weight exercises like power jacks, spilt jumps coupled with core and upper body training like planks and high cross.
Thursday 7pm The Lawn MBFC – HIIT overall conditioning.
HIIT but time based so take it as far as you can and as hard as you want!
Sat 330pm East Coast – HIIT for explosive sports.
Strengthening and power work for athletes in sports like badminton, cricket to help you jump higher and last longer on the field.
NEWS UPDATES FOR THE MONTH OF JAN:
Swim better freestyle class will start on 14 January!
12 weeks of swim better freestyle that takes you from basics of kicking to open water swim.
To join the class, he/she should be able to swim at least 100m. Alternatively, we do cater for beginners who wish to learn how to swim, please do find out more about our “Learn to Swim” sessions by contacting us directly.
Tuesday 7pm swim at Jalan Besar Swimming Pool. (400m walk away from Lavender MRT)
Limited to 8 swimmers.
$240 for 12 sessions. Sign up before 5 January 2014, and you will receive a Optimum Nutrition starter’s kit and Unpossible Tee.
